No mystery about who’s behind the tools.

Retirement Made Clear is built and run by The Financial Sciences Company, a fee-only fiduciary firm in Frisco, Texas. We don’t sell products, we don’t take commissions, and we made this site because the best first meetings happen after you’ve seen your own numbers. Use the tools freely — they’re yours either way.

Why free?

Because the advice business has an awkward secret: the first meeting is mostly spent finding out what you have and where it sits. The Checkup does that part in three minutes, on your terms, before anyone’s calendar is involved. If your score says you’re in good shape — genuinely, keep going. If it shows gaps, you’ll know exactly what to ask, whether you ask us or anyone else.

What “fee-only fiduciary” means

We’re paid only by the people we advise — never by a product company, a fund, or a commission. Being a fiduciary means we’re legally required to put your interests first. It’s the plainest way we know to make sure the advice is about you, not about what’s being sold.
